We are happy to start educating you on our unique philosophy, culture and treatment methodology, which points to customizing for your unique needs.
When you decide to move forward on attending residential treatment, you will be e-mailed more detailed information on our program, services, traveling here, what to bring, financial arrangements, insurance verification, etc.
Our rehab admissions process has been set up to make it easy on YOU. Our commitment is to make the process as fast and simple as we can while keeping your safety and easy transition to treatment as a top priority. We know you may have a lot going on before you arrive to our program and we go the extra mile to make arrival and admission as smooth as possible for you.
Admission to our holistic rehab program is a three step process during which we support and guide you along the way. It is very important to us that you get all your questions answered before you arrive at our Hawaii center. Our Rehab Admissions Process Includes 3 Easy Steps:
Step 1: Registration
First, to be accepted into the program, you must WANT to fully participate in your own healing and empowerment. Once you’ve received the “go ahead” from our intake counselor, you will register for the program by paying a $5,000 non-refundable deposit with your credit card. Registration happens over the phone. Right after registration we will send you information packets with details of the program including what to bring.
Step 2: Pre-Admission
Pre-Admission Intake Phone Call – You will have a scheduled phone call with one of our counselors where we take the time to get to know you and retrieve all the information we need to prepare your customized program. We really focus on making admission easy and low stress for you. We do not send our clients lengthy forms to complete. Instead, a counselor spends 1 ½ to 2 hours with you to complete the required paperwork based on a relaxed phone interview. You’ll find that it’s easy to feel “in the loop” and connected to the program before you arrive.
Pre-Admission Assessment Phone Call – At the same time, you’ll have a chance to speak with our lead Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), who will complete an admission assessment with you including medical and behavioral history, your goals for your residential program, and any information you wish to share.
Step 3: Admission
Next, we will support and guide you in making your travel arrangements and planning your arrival to our program. We will pick you up from the airport and, on the way to the center, will take you to the lab to complete the necessary tests our doctor will order for you to assist in assigning a custom safe and customized protocol for you. Once at the center, you are greeted and oriented by admissions counselors and nurse, you meet with our medical director, your personal belongings are checked to ensure compliance with what is allowed at a special treatment facility, and you are introduced to those sharing this beautiful adventure. Nourishing, delicious food is abundant and the environment is welcoming and calm.

How Quickly Can You Be Admitted?
Admissions can happen as quickly as within 48 hours for clients traveling from US mainland and within 24 hours for clients who are located in Hawaii. The transfer of your medical records from your primary physician can expedite the process.
It is important to realize that we do not admit clients over the weekend as the laboratory is not open to do the necessary blood test. Admissions are most often on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
